My mental training is primarily for athletes and coaches although if you are a performer in other settings (such as musicians or actors) my practice may be of significant help to you as well. My coaching and consulting is unique because I coach ‘from the inside out’. I want to know your WHO (the type of coach/athlete/performer you want to be). I want to know your WHY (why do you compete/perform and what you want to achieve or experience through our work together). Finally, I want to work with you to establish your HOW (how you want to lead, prepare, and perform. My ultimate goal is for our work together to help you grow as both a person and a performer.
