My mental performance coaching is primarily for athletes and coaches although if you are a performer in other settings (such as musicians or actors) my practice may be of significant help to you as well. I coach ‘from the inside out’ helping clients reconnect to and act through their core values. A typical session involves uncovering key themes (patterns, concerns, areas to address and improve upon), key insights and learnings, and actions to take to move forward. We are happiest when we are moving towards our goals and performing our best when we are confident and enjoying what we are doing! As a coach it’s awesome to help my clients become better versions of themselves!
