Each day is filled with hands-on activities, experiments, and friendly competitions that will allow campers the opportunity to explore the wonder of Science. Some of the activities include:

·       The investigation of solar energy by designing solar cookers to create a warm, melty campfire snack.

·       A review of energy that culminates in the construction and competition of balloon-powered rockets.

·       Using lessons in physics and engineering to construct catapults and rubber band cars with partners to participate in various competitions.

·       Campers will act out the human digestive system in order to better understand the astonishing inner workings of our own bodies.

·       Experiments with combinations of acids and bases to create the most explosive volcanic eruptions!

·       Campers will concoct slime from natural materials.

·       Campers will explore PH levels across tap water, bottled water, and lake water.

·       Campers will create homemade ice cream!

Coach Navarre directs the coaching staff which consists of experienced soccer coaches along with college and high school players to create a fun and inspiring environment. Each day will start with “street soccer” so the players are able to practice their skills and improve upon what they’ve learned throughout camp. The camp focuses on 5 basic elements of soccer: dribbling, passing, shooting and small group attacking and defending. This camp is great for both rec and traveling players because the emphasis is on skill development, fellowship, and FUN!
